How long ago did you request a refund? If you don’t receive the cancellation email, you can try the following:
- Make sure you’re checking the right inbox. The email will be sent to the address listed in your Account Settings.
- Add help@wordpress.com to your contact list to whitelist our emails.
- Contact support to cancel and refund the upgrade for you.

Hi there,
There was a glitch in our system that prevented the refund to process and we apologize for that.
However, I have processed the refund on our end and you should receive it within 5-7days.
