How do we actually contact a support rep to check a refund status?

Hi there,
It appears that when you cancelled your mapping upgrade, the refund was added as credits instead of an actual refund. This is because refunds on automatic renewals can only be issued by staff.
I’ve not done that. You can view a receipt for the refund on your Billing History page:

You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
