Refund status

    I canceled my premium subscription July 8 and have not received my refund yet. I received an email that said it was canceled and I would receive refund in 5-10 days this is 10th day and I haven’t received yet

    It has only been about eight business days, so I would wait a day or two to see if you receive the refund. I checked your account and we definitely released the funds back on the 8th and no longer have them. You could reach out to your bank to see if they see any pending transactions that will be hitting your account soon – sometimes they see things on their end that you cannot see.
