Refund status

It almost 8-10days. There is no contact support to ensure about my refund is in process. How do I get to know the status of my refund amount.

You’ll need to follow up with your bank directly in this case.
On our end the status is that the refund was processed and returned to your bank by our payment processor on 13 March. At that point our payment processor generated a transaction ID which you can see in the refund receipt in your billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
From there it has to be processed on your bank’s end, and that can take up to ten business days (it has only been five business days since 13 March), but in some cases even longer for non-US banks. We unfortunately have no control over that process, and no access to your bank’s systems to see how the refund is progressing on their end.
