Refund Status – Cancelled domain payment within 2 hours

Hi! I made a domain purchase under my account on Wednesday, 22 April ’20 – and had cancelled the purchase as I’d changed my mind within 2 hours of purchase (and want to proceed instead with the yearly personal plan instead since it came with a domain too). There’s no indication in my Purchases page that the domain has been cancelled and since it has been more than 96 hours – I wanted to ask if the domain has indeed been cancelled and a refund be made? Thanks in advance!

Hi there – I do find a domain was cancelled on your account along with a refund that’s been processed for $25. Check your billing history here to see the refund receipt: https://wordpress.com/me/billing/
