refund still did not come through

  I called to cancel site and get refund and was told no problem. Still no refund and site is still up. How do I resolve this. I can’t find a number and the credit card number, [removed], goes into an endless loop of non helpful information.

  Hi Corey, I got the message that I was given credit not a refund. Issue is still not resolved.
