  2 billing cycles have gone by and still no refund – when will i receive my refund?

  Hi wellmancpd,

  I’ve looked into this for you and it appears cancelling your plan didn’t trigger a refund, we’re sorry about that! I’ve just issued a full refund and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) sometimes take a little longer — but you can expect to receive the money around that time.
