I am writing to request a refund for my subscription. I canceled my account within the 14-day free trial period, but I was still charged.
When I spoke with your AI chatbot, it confirmed that I am eligible for a refund because I canceled on time. The bot instructed me to speak with a live agent to finalize the process; however, because my subscription is now inactive, the system is preventing me from accessing live support.
Could you please process my refund and confirm once it has been issued?
