Refund Subscription Plan + Renewal

    Dear Team!

    I’ve subscribed for a Premium Plan today (96 USD). In about 6 hours i decided to Cancel and Refund Subscription as i already checked the Refund Policy before. I accessed my ,,Manage Purchase” section but when i clicked on ,,Cancel Subscription and Refund” my page refreshed and after that i received a Confirmation Mail that i was charged for a Renewal. Strange! I don’t remember to touch anything else on that page. I only noticed that Renewal Button after this all happened to me…

    In fact, i subscribed for Premium Plan (96 USD) + Renewal (96 USD). Both Today!

    So, if i go now and select ,,Cancel Subscription and Refund” it leads me to a refund page where i have only ,,96 USD to be refunded”.

    According to Refund Policy i should be able to refund Both of Them (192 USD)! Please let me know how we can figure this out for me to cancel everything and receive my Total Refund?

    Hi there!

    I’ve already canceled and refunded the accidental renewal. I can also cancel and refund the original plan, however, I’d like to confirm a few things before.
    Do you also want to cancel the domain fluxare.com? Once a domain is canceled, it may not be released for a couple of weeks (or ever). Once it’s released, it’s released to the public, which means anyone can purchase it.

    If you are planning to use this domain, even with another site, I’d recommend transferring it instead of canceling. New domains have a 60-day lock before they can be transferred, but you can map them to another site before the 60 days.
