  Hello, I was charged £84 but refunded only £62. Is it possible to get the rest of the money back as well? Thank you

  Did you cancel your subscription more than 48 hours after of your purchase?
  Because for new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  Hi Lucia,

  The outstanding amount is for the domain, but I see it was a domain transfer that you cancelled before it completed, so I was still able to refund that for you as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
