refund support

So…I was charged an $80 late fee that I was completely unaware off. And then I contact support to get a refund. AI support says I’m eligible for a refund, but not a self serviced refund. I say great, I’ll need to contact someone for the refund. But I’m not on a paid plan, so I’m not allowed to contact someone. What else am I supposed to do?
