Refund taken away

  Hi I requested a refund a few weeks away, which was paid out but then I noticed the same amount was taken away again, and I never received the funds again,

  The refund was sent May 8, and we have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into since then.

  Would you please clarify what you mean?

  Hello I can send over a bank statement if needed, but yes I was sent the refund and then it seems to have been taken back again shortly after. I can provide a bank statement to show what I mean if needed.
