  I would like a refund on the add on for the 1:1 session. This was purchased in error

  @lisamarie1984 I don’t currently see any purchases on this account. I’m guessing you bought it with another username. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.
