Refund the domain

  Hi

  I wrongfully entered the wrong domain name for
  happybirthdaycalista.com

  please cancel and refund it.

  Is it possible to change domain?

  Because if it is possible, please change the domain above to calistais28.com, so it will not need to be refunded and canceled.

  I see you have a WordPress.com site with this free address:

  https://calistais28.wordpress.com/

  Do you want to move the domain name happybirthdaycalista.com so it’s linked to that site? Or do you want to change the custom domain name you registered, so the domain name is calistais28.com instead of happybirthdaycalista.com?

  If you want to move the domain name from one site to another, you can use the “Transfer to another site” link on your My Upgrades page to move that domain name. I can also help you do that, if you want.

  If you want to change the custom domain name so you own the domain calistais28.com instead of happybirthdaycalista.com, here’s what you need to know:

  When you register a custom domain name, you’re registering that exact name to use with your site. (So it isn’t possible to just change the name of the domain you already registered.) You have a couple options:

  1. You can go to your My Upgrades page and cancel the domain happybirthdaycalista.com for a full refund. Then, you can go to the Domains page to register the correct domain name.

  2. I can cancel the domain happybirthdaycalista.com for you, and give you $18 credit that you can use to register the correct domain name on the Domains page. (That credit will be applied automatically when you check out, so you don’t have to wait for a refund or make a new payment.)

  Please keep in mind that either way, once you cancel the domain name happybirthdaycalista.com you won’t own it anymore and won’t be able to use it at all. Please only cancel it if you’re sure you don’t want to use happybirthdaycalista.com anywhere.

  Hi, so if i choose the option 2, i can register the new domain, calistais28.com, using the credit right?

  Yes, that’s right! Thanks for letting me know. I canceled the domain happybirthdaycalista.com for you and added $18 in credit to your account.
