I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the theme upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

Thank you so much for your reply. I was not aware that I had two accounts…? I signed out and in again to see if that did anything but I only have one username and password….

Is there a different email address that you use? If you have a different account, then it would connected to a different address than the one connected to the account you are contacting us from.
