refund theme

  I’ve a new theme (bloggy) what I would like to cancel because it isn’t what I expected. But when I go to cancel and refund in my upgrades I don’t get the option to cancel it. And it is in de 30 days rule. Is there an other option how I can cancel my Bloggy theme and get a refund?

  Hi there!

  Thank you for your quick response! I have an other question and I hope you could help me with this also…

  I’m back at my first theme now. Zuki. I saw a video how to make this theme in your own style and saw that you can change the Footer credit text. But I can not find that option in my customizer. Do you know where I can find that option?

  And how can I get the pluggins in on dashboard?

  Please note, the footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
  http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
  (See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)

  As for plugins, it is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.

  Sorry, here I am again…. :)
  Now I’m a premium member. If I understand it correct you must be a business member (VIP) to change the Footer credit (of course with WordPress) like Ted’s blog?

  To be premium member I’ve paid € 80,- I see that Business member is € 140,- If I choose to be a business member do I have to pay 140 minus 80? Or an extra 140?

  No one can change their footer on WordPress.com as I mentioned here:

  Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer. (See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)

  Do you still want to change to WordPress.com Business? You would not be able to change your Footer even with this plan.
