refund theme

  Hi!

  I bought a theme yesterday and I changed my mind about it after I tried it out.
  I went to get a refund but every time I click ‘cancel and refund’ button on my upgrades page the next page to confirm the action doesnt load properly and I can’t confirm the action.

  The screen goes dark and only the top of the refund window loads and nothing else.

  I can provide screen shots!

  I’ve tried clearing cache, multiple browsers and waiting for it to fix itself! But nothing has changed!

  Please help!
