Refund Theme – only way to do this is request on forum?

    Hi there – I have been looking through the support forums and dashboards and it seems the only way to refund a theme is through requesting here? Is that true? I bought the Duet theme yesterday and I am not feeling it. I would like to refund if possible. My blog is http://www.inspiredbeeing.com. Let me know what is the best way to go about making that refund (couldn’t find a way in my dashboard, store, or paypal account). Help :)!

    You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
