  Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

  Hi @andcarpenedo, the process is still in progress, but you did it right. Since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided. But even that takes about a business day.

  If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
