Refund to Canceled Card

    Hi,
    I was not expecting a charge to my card from WordPress, so when I was charged for a subscription I called my bank and canceled my card, only to later realize that there was a refund option on the website. Hoping to not have to dispute the charge and go through that process, I tried refunding the charge. However, I suspect the refund tried to go to the card I just canceled, as it did not go through to my account. How do I fix this to refund the account ( or new card when it comes). Thanks.
    P.S. It was very difficult to find any method of contact directly to customer service from the company, so if this is the wrong place to ask, I have no idea where.

    Hi,

    You may need to contact your bank regarding the refund. They might have an option to put the refund to a replacement card.

    @jsherbahn26 the refund was already issued to the card on file, but your card company should still be legally required to honor the refund. Give them a call and they should be able to help you sort it out.
