Refund to old card

    Hello! I asked for a refund for a website I no longer use and do not wish to renew. The credit card I had used previously to purchase that website is expired. I have added the new card to my account, would you be able to make sure my refund goes to the newer card? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Refunds can only be made to the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

    The fact that the old card is expired shouldn’t matter. When your bank/credit card company processes the refund on their end, they’ll make sure the funds are allocated to the correct account.
