  Hello support still haven’t received my refund on this receipt please assist

  @bongotaylor it was sent quite some time ago. Since it was charged and refunded on the same day, can you check with your bank to see whether the charge was just reversed? It may not show as a refund in that case, but the original charge would disappear.
