  How long will it take for refund to show up in my account?

  Hi jerwebsite ,

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  I can see we refunded $48 on 14-Aug-2017 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  It will take a few more days for the refund to reach you but the money is on its way.
