Refund unwanted subscription

  I want to get my money back. I don’t want to renew my subscription. I’ve been informed that the funds have been pulled from my card. While canceling i did notice that you will refund it but from bank i get information that you’re booking a payment? Please give me back my money.

  Does “booking” mean the same thing as “pending”? If so, I’m showing that you requested the cancellation and refund before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued from our end; instead, your bank would remove the pending charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
