Refund Upgrade Premium Renewal – Already Canceled Premium

  Hi there,
  I’m writing to request a refund on the premium auto renewal that just hit my account for $99. I have gone ahead and canceled out the premium account on this blog site, but am now just looking to have the $99 refunded back to me.

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain tallbaldone.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using tallbaldone.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

  Yes, this is to confirm I want to cancel tallbaldone.com and remove the upgrade. Also, I would like a refund for the one year renewal as well since this will all be removed from your system and my account is going to be cancelled.

  I have canceled the upgrade and processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  I have a registered domain I would like to become the only URL visible (ie: I want to get rid of the .WordPress part) and only have my domain.
  I have tried to do this through the Domains part of the WP admin, but I am getting an error which says:

  can I change this now please?

  I am seeing naturalhp.com.au point properly to your naturalhp.wordpress.com site. What do you see when you visit naturalhp.com.au ?
