REFUND – WAITING 15 days and counting!!!

  I posted that i would like a refund for two themes I purchased but then did not use nearly 20 days ago. After being told that the money had left the WordPress account on Septembr 18-19, and that it takes 10 days to rpocess, I waited patiently. It is now October 23.

  The total amount $143 was expected to hit my bank account days ago, and yet, it has not.

  I am not happy – and concerned that a company so reputable and quick to tend to their customers needs and requests, has been unable to process my request in reaonable time.

  Please address this issue.
