Refund warranty (30 days)

  Dear wordpress team

  Last month I have bought a rate “Personality” and a few days later I have made a upgrade to the rate “Premium”.

  After I used wordpress for about 2-3 weeks. I want to reverse everything. By reversing the 2 rates I only get the amount from the rate “Premium” but the other rate “Personality” not.

  Can you tell me why? I have reverse within the 30 days refund warranty.

  I have refunded the Personal Plan payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days.
