Refund – was charged because I don’t have a Chinese ID card

To Whom It May Concern,
I am an expat in China who has recently tried to purchase a WordPress account to blog about my experiences here, I tried to pay via my Alipay account but was denied because I am not a Chinese citizen with a Chinese ID card.
I was still billed 96 dollars according to my Alipay account though no such record exists on my WordPress account under the billing section. Could you please rectify this situation and refund me my money? Thank you, my email linked to my WordPress account is

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

Alipay have now refunded the money, they kept hold of it for about 12 hours but have now put it back into my bank account, thanks again for your quick response. Take care.
