Refund was not completed

I was sent an e-mail with instructions for cancelling my current domain lavozdejulia.com.
Once I finished the steps, a message said there was a problem and that my cancelation process was not completed sucessfully.
Can you give me a hand? I write you from Spain and I´m a bit lost with this new world of blogs and English.
I would be willing to use the price of my purchase in order to change the domain. I mean, instead of cancelling, I wonder if I can amend the name of my blog.

I’m sorry for the trouble you had cancelling your domain. I checked your account, and your domain was successfully cancelled. We also issued a full refund for your domain purchase. (Please note it can take about a week for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
