  Hi. I had upgraded the website for $99 and asked for a refund within 24 hours and the money has never been refunded to my credit card. I would appreciate it if you could please follow this up.

  Unfortunately, I’m not seeing any transactions under your account. Did you sign up for a trial WordPress.com Premium upgrade at some point in time and then canceled? If not, can you give me more details about the upgrade that you purchased?

  Providing me with a Receipt Number, Date and Upgrades purchased would help a lot. Thank you!
