Refund Was not Processed

    I canceled all of my subscriptions ranging from the business plan to the theme I purchased (Solarone) all within an hour of the purchase. I am yet to receive a Refund on the card I purchased these items from.

    Hi –

    Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at the account I can see that we processed refunds on February 14th and 15th 2023. Typically those funds will reach you in about 10 days. However, international refunds can take longer.

    Rest assured we have sent the money back to your bank. The best thing you can do is inquire with them. Ask them when the funds will be released in to your account and also how it is going to appear on the statement.
