Refund was processed immediately but was charged again the next day.

    I requested a refund for my premium wordpress account and recieved it immediately because the transaction was still pending. This means that the original transaction was removed from the bank account and thus the money was refunded correctly. However, the day following my refund, I was charged again for the same amount.

    To summarise, I paid for premium, got a refund, and the next day money was drawn out of my account.

    Could I have some assistance with this?

    Refunds issued shortly after a purchase is made can be issued as a reversal, in which case the original transaction is removed. This is not always the case though, and depends on timelines and your bank’s policies.
