Refund – when?

  Hi!
  I cancelled my Business account the 31st January. I received the cancellation email and receipt for the cancellation. Still no money though. Read info in all different forums, 10 business days seem to be the timeframe, which has passed.

  How to proceed?

  Hello!

  Please can you check your statement for a refund from within 10 business days of the 31st January? I can confirm that the refund has been sent out from our end. If it’s not showing up on your statement, please contact your bank directly for more information.
