refund with no store button in dashboard?

I am so sorry for the confusion, but, all of my hosting is with Bluehost. When I created the blog nicolessketchbook.com, I added hosting by mistake and premium service and I would like to request a refund for both. I don’t see a store button in the dashboard. How do I request refund?

No problem at all. I have provided you a full refund and removed the Premium upgrade from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
