Refund within cooling off period

how can I cancel my plan within the cooling off period?
When I go to my purchases it doesn’t come up with any purchases of plans. but my bank card has been charged. -

All the plans can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions with monthly billing. To learn more about it read this guide:
https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policySince your plan doesn’t appear on my purchases then it means you probably used another account to buy it. Can you check if you’re using the correct account?

I can see a cancellation and refund has been processed.
This can be seen here also: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
This should appear on the statement of the card that was charged within 10 working days.
