Refund won't go trough

    I’ve selected refund numerous times over the past few weeks and it won’t process for some reason? It always says to expect a confirmation email but nothing comes through.

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to refund the WordPress.com Premium upgrade? I’d be happy to cancel/refund it for you. But, I noticed that you also have the Domain Mapping attached. Do you want to remove this as well? I can also let you keep the domain mapping and provide you a partial refund $86 (the domain mapping is $13/year).
