Refund won't process

I’m trying to get a refund for a premium theme I purchased that doesn’t work the way I had hoped, but when I click “Cancel and Refund” in the My Upgrades page it just opens a blank pop-up window with just a title – nothing else…

Sorry about that! I went ahead and processed the refund for you. You can see the refund receipt on your Billing History here:

The funds should be available on your account within the next several days. We’ll get that blank window fixed!
