    Why am I only being refunded $86 when it said I should be refunded $120?

    Hi there,

    It looks like your domain transfer was not refunded, so you only received a refund for the non-domain portion of your plan.

    But I also see a few minutes later, right after you posted here, you bought a new plan, and this time you only paid A$84 for the plan, as you received an automatic discount for the domain transfer that hadn’t been refunded yet. So in the end it appears you only paid A$118 total for the current plan and domain transfer.
