  Last year I purchased wordpress premium subscription for $ 100. This year it was auto renewed without my consent. When i cancelled my subscription, I was supposed to received refund. But its been month, I have not received any refund.
  Please kindly address this careless discrepancy from your end and update me asap.

  If you are logged in with the username that purchased and cancelled the upgrade, you should see it in your account’s billing History page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on November 13, 2017. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
