The refund has already been processed, so we can’t reverse it now.
If you want, I can send you a payment link for the domain, and then restore it to your account.
But because you cancelled on the same day you registered it, the domain should also be released again in a few days’ time. This means if you want to use the domain somewhere else, you should be able to register it directly with the other provider once it’s released early next week.
So please let me know what you’d prefer – that we restore it for you, or if you’re going to wait and register it somewhere else next week.
