Refund/Cancel for Custom Design plan

I have received a bill on my paypal (which didn’t have any money in it then) saying wordpress was charging me 30dollars. I wasn’t active on any wordpress sites but I had built one, a year ago, I remembered. I had purchased a custom design color palette. I didn’t think it was on auto renewal. It now seems that it is. the auto renewal is on 11th May every year. So I think I still have time to ask for it to be cancelled, or in case it takes money from my paypal, to refund it. I have followed instructions on wordpress support and somehow managed to navigate through them and clicked something that seemed to request refunds. The latest Custom Design plan was eligible for that request. However I didn’t get any emails, or don’t see anywhere in my account that a refund is requested. Cancellation and refund options were never shown under the plans in My Upgrades only Learn More and Add Credit Card. How can I learn whether or not it’s been cancelled and/or refunded and that I can safely use my paypal account again without being charged automatically by wordpress?

Hi there! It looks like the cancellation didn’t go through. I’ve cancelled and refunded your purchase for you. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
