    I canceled my subscription a few weeks ago and was waiting on my refund and never received it. I got back on the page only to see it didn’t cancel? I’m not happy about this. How do I get my money back?

    Hi there!

    As you noticed, you have only canceled your subscription today and so the refund is in process.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
