Refunded a domain name, want to retrieve it and upgrade to personal plan

  Hey WordPress members, I just refunded my purchased domain name because I wanted to purchase a personal plan but didn’t realize that the time to retrieve it is up to 5 days. I need the domain name a bit earlier, and also want to upgrade to a personal plan so I can set my site as that domain name. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, I’d be happy to directly pay a payment request by staff for the personal plan + the domain name if it is possible. Thanks in advance!

  If yes, if you purchase the personal plan via Upgrades > Plans, we’ll be able to restore the domain, as part of the free domain for the first year perk. :)

  Thanks for confirming, we were able to restore melbournemathtutoring.com in conjunction with your Personal plan; you should now be able to set it as the primary domain by following this guide:
