Refunded but still received invoice!!!!

    I am in 2020

    There was a purchase on July 16, equivalent to 2880 Taiwan dollars, but I cancelled the subscription on July 17, and you also refunded the credit card.
    There was a purchase on July 19, equivalent to 2880 Taiwan dollars, but I canceled the subscription on July 27, and you also refunded the credit card.
    There was a purchase on July 19, equivalent to NT$6708, but I cancelled the subscription on July 27, and you also refunded the credit card.

    But I still receive an electronic invoice issued by wordpress

    NEVER post sensitivive information in a public forum. I’ve asked Staff to remove it as soon as possible.
    If you don’t know what those charges are about, you can check them at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team yourself.

    I’m not really sure what you are referring to since we do not sell invoices – only receipts after the purchase.

    You do not have any active subscriptions with WordPress.com, and you can check the refund info directly at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
