Refunded domain name available to register elsewhere?

  I recently cancelled my blog’s upgrade and domain name (nanotes.net).

  This this domain name is available to register elsewhere, since I would like to set up a wordpress blog on a server which permits editting of html and php code.

  Hi there!

  The domain registrar puts a temporary hold on the domain after a same day registration cancellation in case the cancellation was done in error. After 3-5 days, it will be released and be available for repurchase.

  Unfortunately, we will not be notified when the domain becomes available for purchase, so you will need to monitor it on your own
