    Hello, I do not think I received my refund for my cancelled product (remium), and I made the request December 4th.

    Hello –

    We issued a refund for WordPress.com Premium at $99 on 11/26/16. Refunds typically take ten business days to reach your account.

    If you have not received it yet, I suggest contacting your bank to inquire about any delays. Also, ask them how the refund will show on your statement as this varies place to place. Some banks simply remove the original charge, others might mark it as ‘resolved’ but not ‘refund’.
