  Hello, does anybody know how refunding really works? Why I can’t get 100% refund when I did not order what was already charged with no notification ahead! And where can I talk to someone form WordPress – can’t find any contacts. Thanks

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  Why I can’t get 100% refund when I did not order what was already charged with no notification ahead!

  It depends what was renewed and when the refund was requested.

  Plans can be refunded within 14 days and domains can refunded with 96 hours: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy
