Refunding a domain registration (under 48 hours)

    I have switched the domain I would like to work with and would like to refund the original I registered yesterday.
    Customer support # doesn’t work… any suggestions!

    There is no customer support phone number. We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?

    Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any domain registration upgrade in your account.

    I see a domain mapping upgrade for breakingallbarriers.com purchased yesterday. Domain mappings can be refunded for 30 days, and you can cancel it for a full refund via the Purchases page:
    https://wordpress.com/purchases/

    The domain itself is registered with domain.com and currently hosted by iPage, not with us.

    If you also registered a domain with us, please let me know what is the domain, but there has been no domain registered using this account so if you bought a domain from us it was done using a different username.
