Refunding an upgrade to Premium plan deleted my Personal plan paid for 2 years.

  Tried the upgrade to Premium plan, but ultimately decided to keep my Personal plan, which I paid for two years upfront earlier. After the cancellation I’m waiting for the refund of the upgrade costs, but my plan now is Free and it seems that I have to pay again for the Personal plan. How to retrieve my Personal plan functions?
