Refunding issues

So I previously posted that my custom domain has been removed from my site’s address. Well, now I didn’t throw too much a fit because I thought that I could just refund the purchase. Apparently not. My order does not show in my purchase history so I cannot refund my purchase, even though the $33 CAD has been taken from my PayPal account.
Really not happy about this right now, but I would be glad if a staff member could contact me regarding my refund.

I see that you were charged $33 CAD twice yet you have no upgrades under your account.
I’ve gone ahead and refunded both charges and it should take between 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
